All my projects are gone from WebSite X5 library on a local PC. Not even one! I've downloaded a Zipped files from my webhosting provider and now I would like to RE-LOAD them to WebSite X5 project library. I have the latest version of X5. How do I do it? Please help.
I am using A2Hosting and already they zipped and emailed me my website files (www.dorothysdayspa.com). Now, I need them to (load) import them to X5 library.

Unfortunately, only files with the file extension .iwzip generated by the WebSiteX5 program under "5 Export > Export Project" can be imported.
Maybe the moderators have tips as to whether any leftovers on the hard drive can be used for importing into WebSiteX5.
Otherwise, create a new project and copy the images, text, etc. from the website and paste them into the new project. I did this with my brother's website, which had around 50 pages, when I switched the website to WebSiteX5.

Thank you, but that is not going to work for me as I have no time to recreate it manually. Why project are gone from the WebSiteX5 library?
Incomedia Staff please help me if there is a way to upload the downloaded zipped file back to the WebSiteX5 and recreate my website.
WebsiteX5 works with its own format and generates HTML, PHP, CSS and Javascript files for export to the web space.
These files, which are located on the web space, can no longer be converted back to the WebSite X5 format.
All that remains is to hope that the WebSiteX5 project files are still on the hard drive and perhaps only the path information is no longer correct. The moderators or Incomedia employees may be able to give tips on how to locate the project files.
In Windows Explorer in the search field enter .iwprj2 to search for the file extension .iwprj2 (WebSiteX5 project file) on the hard drive.
Maybe backup copies were created with WebSiteX5, these have the file extension .iwzip, you can also search for them using Windows Explorer.
