I have a very simple project, editing it just locally. Since I did Update, I'm not able to delete some item (eg short text) corectly. Resp. after the deletion, the WSX5P hangs, consuming some CPU time but I am not able to do anything. It worked normally when I installed the APP a few months ago for the very first time. Unfortunately I don't have any project saved in the earlier version because WSX5P converted it to the new sw version without my knowledge automatically. And than, I can't open actual projects with the previous version of WSX5P. The only way is to terminate WSX5P via TaskManager. I tried it on 2 indipendent PC's with the same result. Working language E or CZ.

I don't know if I understand the problem correctly.
WebSiteX5 usually always works locally when the website is created.
And if the projects are converted to the new version after an update, then that is no problem if you continue to work on the projects with the new version.
If the new version causes problems, you could try reinstalling WebSiteX5. To do this, click on the user name at the top right and select "My Profile". Here you can find the WebSiteX5 program under "Download" and the license key for installation can also be found here.

To be more accurate. I can at the moment delete an item but after saving the project or previewing the project WSX5P hangs. And after restarting WSX5P and loading the project again - the same state - without deleting the item.

I really don't know what's wrong. I can send you the project when needed.
Is there a link or a screenshot?
Maybe I can recreate the situation for myself to see if the same problems arise.
Otherwise, consider reinstalling WebSiteX5.
If there is actually an error in the program, then the Incomedia employees, who will be online during office hours from Monday, would have to take a look at it.

Thank you for your time anyway. The project isn't publicated yet, it isn't done. I work only with WSX5P and local data. I reinstalled WSX5P - with the same result. Than I copied the project to another PC with the same result. Enclosing the project file.
Maybe Incomedia can do something with the project file, but no one else can.
In order to be able to test correctly, the backup copy is required. To do this, click on "5 Export" in WebSiteX5 and then click on "Export project". The program creates a file with the file extension .iwzip - this can be done, for example, with a service such as wetransfer.com (up to 2 GB file size free of charge) can be sent to another email address.
The backup copy with the file extension .iwzip contains the entire project including images and can also be opened by other users of WebSiteX5 if they have the same version and the same version number or higher.
When passing on the backup copy, the target directory and the parameters for FTP and data management should be anonymized.

I have prepared the backup file *.iwzip (about 60MB). Could you please suggest me the proper email for sending the backup file via wetransfer.com?
Hello Oldrich,
you can send the project at sales @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
Could you point out some of the objects that cause the issues when deleted, and the page they are in?
Thank you.

Hello Eric,
I have just sent the project via wetransfer.com.
And items, that cause the mistake:
In the project, e.g. Menu4/Pages/Inicio - any of the items. After deleting the item, I'm not able to save it or preview it. Or sometimes it takes a very very long time (minutes) to finish the operation.
Thank you for your help.

Hello Oldrich,
I have noticed that the pages, in particular the homepage, had several blank spaces in the grid.
I removed empty lines, as without a Separator object they do not actually distance the elements between them, and filled other spaced with empty HTML objects.
Could you try checking if the IWZIP I have sent you back has the same issues?
