I use the program on an intranet on a Windows Server 2016.So the form submission function doesn't work.How to set it up to work?

where the software is installed should not impact these functions, do you perhaps mean that the website that you have created is hosted on the Windows Server?

it depends on the settings of the server too.
What is the PHP version used, and did you try different scripts for the sending of the e-mail?
The script can be changed in Step 5 - Export ---> Online export ---> Parameters ---> E-mail.
