I am sorry for the issue.
I would first of all suggest contacting your hosting provider to check if anything is wrong with the server, or if it can be accessed outside of WebSite X5.

I tried to access the website and just got a blank screen for a few minutes, so this suggests something on the hosting site is preventing access.

I to have been having the same problem, the hosting provider has said there is no problems.

If I cancel the upload, open any page and re upload its works?
