Email Contact Form Object not working  en

I apologize, but I am a first time user, and am having problems with the email form function. I have it setup to email *** but when I test the form, I don't see any email to the 'user' or back to me at the sales email. At first I thought maybe the captcha was the problem. But even after removing the captcha, I still don't get anything on either end. For captcha, I am using Google V2, and entered the Site and Secret key's. I also have the non-captcha form setup to go to another page, but it doesn't do that.

This page doesn't have the captcha: https://www.arrakis-systems.com/TestWebsite/apex.html

While this page does have the captcha: https://www.arrakis-systems.com/TestWebsite/darc-virtual.html

Both forms are pretty close to the bottom of the page.

What am I doing wrong? I put the site in this sub folder so I can test it before replacing the old site. Is that the problem? When I export the website I do put: https://www.arrakis-systems.com/TestWebsite/ as the 'Website Address (URL):'

Maybe related, the shopping cart also comes up as 0 products and the loading spins forever. It should have 30 something products, and works fine in the Preview screen.

I do find it weird that I only enter the email address to send from/to and don't have to provide any login information. Am I missing a step?

Thank you in advance for any help!

First enter as little as possible in the contact form to avoid errors, see screenshot below

Then at...

5 Export > Export the website to the Internet / Parameters

________/ Email /

... select "SMTP authentication" as the script type for sending emails and possibly contact the web host support to get the correct information.

With these two points, start sending emails. Then tackle the shop problem later.

Hello, thank you for your help! I have changed to the SMTP authentication setting, and entered the username and password, but that didn't seem to help. It also doesn't redirect to the correct page saying thank you for your submission, instead it takes me to this URL: https://www.arrakis-systems.com/TestWebsite/imemail/imEmailForm_yph05ys5.php

Thoughts?

The emails to the user of the contact form and the website operator have arrived.

I'm using the current Pro version of WebSite X5.

Hello Ben,
if you go to the Website Test on your admin panel (it should be at https://www.arrakis-systems.com/TestWebsite/admin accessible with the credentials of an admin user set in Access Management), do any error appear in the e-mail log when you send e-mails?
Please try different scripts, and make sure to confirm that the SMTP parameters are correct.

We made a change to the e-mail management in last version, but it usually affects the e-mails received by the website's owner, whereas in your case the user is also not receiving anything, is that correct?

Thank you so much for the help! I came to find out that the PHP wasn't the correct version. Got it corrected, and it is now working.

On a different note, the Cart Search doesn't work in the current version of Firefox 127.0.1. It just comes up with a spinning wheel. I'll post this in a different set of questions.

Thank you again!
