One.com and mysql database settings error

trying to upload website to one.com and get error for mysql setting ..but have option to ignore which worked but still the error .one.com are not much help

Hello Richard,
could you delete the parameters used in the Data Management tab and add them again, double-checking that they are all correct?
If possible, confirm whether they allow you access to the database via phpMyAdmin or similar tools to enter the database which may be available from One.com

yes all entered as they told me and i can access phpmyadmin

as simple as underscore instead on . in name
