Hello, I am designing a website for printed products (posters and flyers etc). I have seen other websites where customers can upload their artwork. Is there a way to incorporate this feature in an X5 website?

Set up a mail where you allow attachments.
or
Use custom code. In this case you have to know what you are doing - else your website could be in risk.
File attachments are possible on the contact form.
Incomedia can say whether there are further options in WebSite X5.
