i have a number of items for sale
1 item is 7 € i want to make it so that if you pay 3 items only 20 €
for another item the price is 4 €, for 4 items the price is 15 €
this is not a discount percentage.
Can i make this and how?

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to set a fixed quality discount, you can only set a percentage discount.

Try to put the 3-pack or 4-pack as separate items in the shop - it is the only way to make this kind of discount.
