I am wanting to use websitex5 as my host.  The domain i am wanting to use is at godaddy.com and they require two different nameservers to be provided.  What two websitex5 nameservers do i provide to godaddy.com?

Hello Nathan,
if you need other information other than the records available on the web hosting panel when trying to redirect a domain, perhaps these would be the one your registrar is referring to:

ns1.systemdns.com
ns2.systemdns.com
ns3.systemdns.com

Hello Mike,
could you provide additional details on this? I can confirm that our nameservers are as mentioned.

Have you set up the required DNS records for the redirect too?

Thanks for the info Eric. I am a novice in terms of the technical aspects of Domain namea and hosting.

I received the following from Webworld with whom casey-m.com is registered, text below:

Hi Mick,

The current active DNS servers look to be with systemdns.com
not sure who is managing these servers,
nor can I see any DNS records in place for the domain casey-m.com.

I've put those records in plan on ns1.webworld.org nameserver cluster,
I've also made that cluster the new active nameservers for the domain.

Could take a few hours for the new DNS records to propagate.

if there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thanks

Thank you Eric for the instruction. However followed the guideline to the letter without success. Contaced the domain name provider again and they replied as per screen grab attached.

I would like to get this matter solved before the holiday as it is a personal website I wish to build.
