Hi,
in website settings, statistics and code, I selected as statics engine: Google Analytics 4. I put my code, but it shows in the preview of the website on the upper left corner.. What shall I do to hide it?
Shall I write some specific code in the expert side? Any help would be very appreciated. Thx

Unfortunately, I don't use Google Analytics 4, but maybe this information will help if no WebSiteX5 and Google Analytics 4 users report here.

Where to find your Google Analytics Tracking ID
...
Note: With the update to Google Analytics 4, the original tracking ID was replaced by the so-called measurement ID. Instead of the tracking ID, you can simply use the measurement ID (G-XXXXXXXXXX) in the cookie for Google Analytics.

The problem it's not to find the code or how to set it, it is indeed that it appears on the website! When it should be hidden.. very weird.

[GA4] Measurement ID A measurement ID in Google Analytics is a unique identifier for a web data stream (a website registered with Google Analytics). Measurement IDs in Google Analytics 4 start with "G-" followed by a combination of numbers and letters, for example "G-PSW1MY7HB4".
The measurement ID is important because it is the link between your website and the corresponding data stream in Google Analytics 4. This allows the data from your website to be sent to the right place.
In Google Analytics 4, the measurement ID is the same as the destination ID.

I hope that a user will respond, so please be patient.
Even though I don't know much about GA4, I did a quick test.

----- German version of WebSite X5 -----

Google reports during the test:
Set up a Google tag
A correctly integrated Google tag was found on your website.

If the code is visible at the top left, then it has been inserted incorrectly.
With Google Analytics 4, no additional code needs to be inserted in WebSiteX5, just enter "G-N4..." (see screenshot).
WebSiteX5 generates the code automatically and inserts it in the correct place in the source code.

I checked and the Google tag was correct. The only problem that is visible on the home page
Remove the Google Tag completely, just enter "Tracking ID", see screenshot below

Or provide a link to the website so the experts can check if the code is also good for other things.
Hello,
could you please check whether you have added the code in Step 1 - Settings ---> Statistics and Code in the "Code" section, in addition to the "Statistics" section?
Is the ID in a similar format as in Daniel's screenshots?

Nothing I solved directly by deleting the string in the html file. I think it's a bug in the program that once linked with a wrong Google Tag code, you can't delete it even updating with the right code or deflagging the analytics (as if it remains in memory). Forgive my non-technicality ;)
