Error with project

My project was working fine and then I clicked save project, a blue screen appeared on my computer saying it needed to be restarted. Once it restarted, I tried to open my project and am now receiving an error message! I've attached the error message

This can happen because as the software was trying to save some data, it got interrupted and some files are now corrupted.
You can go to the folder the link mentions up until the Vanilla Bear folder and send me a screenshot of the files in there.
I will check the screenshot for you and then tell you how to proceed
