Have break down and have licence vallid but can not log on,

Had breakdown on and have problem to log in, ask for lisence key and I can NOT contact the page I have to update, what to do? When i write my Lisence key noting happens..
My internet is working but some thing wrong because can not log into the program

A firewall or antivirus program may be blocking the connection to the Incomedia server.

Will try remove the firewll later on this dag, now it is time for bed. Have tried with 2nd computer but the same result. If fireall are the problem maby the comany delivery have changed something. check later on today. Have nice sleep.

yes have VPN. solve the problem to close dove the VPN and that fix my problem. Thanks for the help.
I did use another internet program wher not so hard VPN. Now I know how to fix the problem if got it any more time.
