Hi

First thank you for the fix today

After the update I am not able to make any changes to the mobile aspect ratio's.

everything else works fine but when I select the mobile aspect ratio the thinking circle just go round and round forever ?.

I just checked again and find the same problem with the other aspect ratios as well, just the desktop aspect is working. they dont freeze the program ..but just dont go into editing mode at all, even after 10 minutes..

As a result I can only release the websites in desktop mode only at the moment.

Christiaan, there is a known issue with WX5 at the moment (https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/es/post/271474), but in case this is not related you could try export project as iwzip (step 5, export project)

Then restart WX5 and select open, import and import the saved project (this will NOT overwite the existing project). Can you now work on mobile resolutions?

Hello Christiaan,
I am sorry about the persisting issue.
Are you encountering this in Step 2 - Template ---> Template Contents when trying to edit header and footer depending on their breakpoints, or when working on each page and determining their display orders and other elements for the breakpoints, or both?
could you provide me with a copy of the project so that I can investigate more closely?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
Thank you.

Hi Eric I sent the project to ***

The webiste development is stuck because we cand edit the mobile side of it.

The moment I try to access the mobile aspect ratios it becomes unresponsive no matter how long I wait.

I can return to the desktop aspect no problem but mobile is a no go.

Hello Christiaan,
I have only noticed issues with the editing of the Header, specifically, and am reporting these, whereas with the Footer I can only see that there currently are objects that are placed outside of the working area, causing it to have a large sidescroll.

Could you provide details on what else you have encountered so that I may report other issues if there are any?

Hello Christiaan,
as there were no further updates for the software, it is likely that a local factor is affecting the situation, so I would recommend a clean reinstall following the steps below.
The folders to be deleted with these steps usually do not contain any projects, that by default are stored at C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro, but you can check their contents to make sure of this.

1) Uninstall the software normally, from the Windows panel.
2) Go to the path C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia and delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 – Pro).
3) Go to the path C:\Program Files and, if it is present, delete the folder corresponding to your version of the software (it should be WebSite X5 – Pro)
4) Do the same at the path C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Programs, deleting the folder WebSite X5 – Pro if present.
5) Restart the PC.
6) With VPN, antivirus and firewall temporarily disabled, run as admin the installer you can find here: https://www.websitex5.com/download/v2025.2/wsx5_pro.exe

I remain available.
