First of all, congratulations — Website X5 keeps getting more powerful and easier to use. I’ve been a long-time user, and I really appreciate how well the e-commerce system works, especially the product management and cart functions.

However, one important feature has been missing for a few years: the ability to import and export product options (and sub-options) through the Excel or CSV tool.
In previous versions, this feature allowed me to efficiently manage thousands of products with different variations (for example, size, color, or package type), each with its own price and weight.

Now, without that option, I need to manually re-enter every variation one by one, which is not viable when managing a catalog of about 10,000 products.

Restoring this feature would have a major impact:

• It would make it possible to maintain and update large stores efficiently.

• It would reduce the number of total products in the cart (e.g., 2,000 products with 5 options instead of 10,000 separate items), improving site speed and usability.

• It would make the import/export tool truly complete and usable for real-world stores.

Please consider reintroducing this function in future updates. It would be a huge help for professional users who manage large inventories.

Innanzitutto, complimenti — Website X5 diventa ogni giorno più potente e facile da usare. Sono un utilizzatore di lunga data e apprezzo molto quanto sia efficiente il sistema e-commerce, in particolare nella gestione dei prodotti e del carrello.

Tuttavia, da qualche anno manca una funzione molto importante: la possibilità di importare ed esportare le opzioni (e sotto-opzioni) dei prodotti tramite il file Excel o CSV.
Nelle versioni precedenti questa funzione mi permetteva di gestire facilmente migliaia di articoli con diverse varianti (ad esempio taglia, colore o tipo di confezione), ognuna con il proprio prezzo e peso.

Ora, senza questa possibilità, devo reinserire manualmente ogni variante una per una, il che non è praticabile con un catalogo di circa 10.000 prodotti.

Il ripristino di questa funzione avrebbe un impatto molto positivo:

• Consentirebbe di mantenere e aggiornare grandi cataloghi in modo efficiente.

• Ridurrebbe il numero totale di articoli nel carrello (ad esempio 2.000 prodotti con 5 opzioni invece di 10.000 articoli separati), migliorando la velocità e l’usabilità del sito.

• Renderebbe lo strumento di import/export davvero completo e funzionale per chi gestisce negozi reali di grandi dimensioni.

Vi prego di prendere in considerazione la reintroduzione di questa funzione nei futuri aggiornamenti. Sarebbe di grande aiuto per gli utenti professionali che gestiscono ampi cataloghi di prodotti.
