Magicsite - endless loop

we tried to create a site via MAGICSITE, and everything started smoothly (gathering all the information) and then the system stated it was starting to create the site, but in got in an endless loop for this status during hours. Also after ending the process and resuming it later. Also after a full restart of X5 PRO completely and then resuming the creation of the process, did not solve it neither : also continuing in endless loop.
meanwhile it also says we have 2 chats running, while we only try to launch one creation of a site

when we go to new project, and we go for the tile 'Magicsite', it gives the possiblity to create a new project or to resume with projects launched. So if we choose for that last option (resuming) we get like a message that "2 chats are active". It's not further specified, but if we clik on that option, the project we launched tries to resume, but it gets again stuck in an endless loop 'working on it'

perhaps you are referring to the amount of generations that are still available for free with the licence?

you are right about that, we can interprete the message that way too. Everything is brand new of course, and before we read here by coincidence it was also not clear that you can create 3 for free and and payable afterwards. But indeed, you can forget about that message, leaves us only with the fact that the application hangs on creation.

unfortunately the generation encountered an error which has been reported recently, and which will be addressed with update 2025.3.4.
We restored the project, however because of the temporary duration of Pixabay's download links, some images may be missing from this version of the project:
