Its about the dynamic content- html option is not working

in the categories option there is object called as dynamic content
there is an option says html , but the when u click
you can not edit or write the code what is the solution.

For me the <> symbol turns yellow when I click on it, see screenshot below
Maybe the Incomedia employees know what's wrong if the <> symbol doesn't turn yellow.
