We Cannot Upload Our Website X5 Pro is asking to enter Parameters

We are having trouble uploading our X5 Pro website because the warning is asking to enter the parameters which we have never seen before. See attached file.
The FTP parameters have never been changed; they are still there but something has been corrupted.
I hope someone can shed some light on this issue and offer a fix as soon as possible.

It could also be that a function that requires a database has been activated and that is why this message appears.

How can I fix this?
If a function with a database is used, then the database parameters must also be specified under "Data management" (possibly called differently in the English version).
If push notifications were accidentally activated, then deactivate them:

If a database is required, enter the database parameters here, see screenshot below
The parameters are available in the web host’s customer area. Possibly get help from the web host's support if it is too difficult.
Or is the problem somewhere else?

Hi Daniel
You mentioned push notification. I do remember clicking on something about push notifications. I will try to find it and uncheck it, if this works, I will let you know. Thank you so much for your input.

By the way, the attachment you sent is totally blank on my side. Is this normal?
1. Database
In the screenshot above an example of the database parameters if a database is to be used.
2. File
In the screenshot below is an example when a file is to be used as a database (e.g. if the webspace does not have a database) and the function in WebSiteX5 allows the choice between database and file as a storage location.
Here the directory name is entered with a slash / in front of it, but in the FTP window of WebSite X5 or an FTP program, the directory name is written without the slash /.

Whether you have to make an entry (as in the screenshot I posted) depends on whether you want to use functions in WebSite X5 that have to save data on the web space.
