Ip and Domain Reputation Bad of Register.it

Until recently we had no problem with our website https://www.limoges-country-chapter.fr
Since the begining of the year we notice that the messages sent automatically by our site are constantly rejected by the SPAM verification filters.
Apparently the server Register.it is listed as having either
- A reputation problem that needs to be addressed and resolved, or
- It is compromised compromise and needs to be found and fixed, or
- Is misconfigured and this missconfiguration must be corrected.

Resolution Steps
Please align the mail server's HELO/EHLO and PTR with correct DNS (forward and reverse) values for a mail server.

as you are using a third-party hosting provider, I recommend contacting them directly about this if you have not done so already, so that they may investigate the situation.

Hello Eric,
The problem has nothing to do with our hosting. The host is a French provider and it has no italian servers. The issue is with Register.it who seems being blacklisted as a spam generator.
The contact form in our website passes by this Register.it mail server and we have no possibility to change it.
Could you please look into the situation as it is disturbing for not being able to run our site correctly.

we are not involved with Register.it, and so I am not sure how it is involved in the e-mail sending process for your website, if you have not used any parameter related to it in your project.
What has your provider said about this, if you have already contacted them?

I have escalated the situation with the domain host administrator. I am confident that it is not coming from there, but wanted to be sure that I eliminate any questions about it.
Could you tell me as a user of WIXsite 5 Pro, where I can control the parameters of the outgoing server for messages generated by the Shop page or contact page?

you can check all e-mail related settings for these aspects in Step 1 - Settings ---> E-commerce ---> Sending Order, in the settings of the relevant Contact Form objects, and in Step 5 - Export ---> Upload to the internet ---> Parameters ---> E-mail.
