Uploading to server issues

Since WSX5 update to 2025.3.9 difficulties have arisen when attempting to upload to the server. Please see attached. I have been in contact with our hosting service about the issue.

Hello Mike,
this warning means that no parameters have been specified in the Data Management section of the export Parameters.
If you are actively using any function or setting that requires a database, this section must be compiled.

The websites (Redesdale & Alacelyagri) do not use a database of any kind. The sites are purely for information purposes only. I have no problems uploading files with Filezilla, but it is very inconvenient. As mentioned previously, prior to the recent WSX5 update there was no problem uploading files. Can you offer a quick fix for the problem.

Hi Mike,
Is it trying to also import a database?
If so, you'll need to create a database in your Plesk plan for it, and allow remote connections. Make sure a database user is created.
Then also fill in the connection settings for the database, and try again.

this means that likely there is a setting requiring the database that has been activated either by accident or due to a software error when converting the project.
Please check Push notifications at Step 1 - Settings ---> Website Management or WebSite X5 Analytics at Step 1 - Settings ---> Statistics and Code, for example.

Thank you, the issue is now resolved, setting in statistics was active, turning the option off helped.
