Refund of Credits

I would like to get the credits back that I used to get Spotify (18 credits). Unfortunatly, while attempting to use it, it didn't work for me. I rather use those credits on something else that would be of use and mostly would work. Like the Accordion Image for 22 credits.

The “Spotify” object is free, why should there be a refund?

I confirm the Spotify Object, which you purchased in 2019, is free or charge and can't therefore be refunded.
