How do I move a blog / commentaire from one heading to another?

Sorry, my terminoly was incorrect. Think I should have said "move a commentary from one article to another". For example, if a posting is made "all alsations are dogs" in the CATS article, how can it be moved to the article on DOGS. Thanks

I'm afraid you cannot move comments already made from ona article to another, maybe you can delete the comment from the old article and make a new comment inside the new article? I know you will miss the author but at least the comment will still be there.
