Hi, I purchased a license, and everything is working fine and activated correctly. However, when I log in to the INCOMEDIA website, it tells me that my version, Incomedia Website X5 Evo 2026.2.8, does not recognize my new license.
I want to purchase something from the Marketplace, but since my version is not recognized, I cannot do so.
I copied the license key and tried to activate it on the Incomedia website using the “Activate License” option, but nothing happens.
Is there an official support service I can contact to get this issue resolved? Or does anyone know how to fix it? Thxs.

Incomedia employees should be back online here on Monday during office hours in Italy.
Was the same email address used, or were two different email addresses used?
Thank you so much! You were right — I changed the email address, and now it works! Most of my licenses were registered under one email address, but the one I purchased today was registered under a different one.

Ivan, I suggest you request Incomedia to merge your 2 accounts under the one email address you now choose to use. You may well have optional objects purchased in the past that can be used in new and upcoming projects.
