Hi,
I am getting an activation problem with my license key. I just puchased one year extension.
indicateing my email can not be used for activation.

Was a different email address used for the initial purchase than for the renewal?
Hello Vedat,
extension keys are automatically applied when purchased: I can see that your licence currently expired on in October of 2027, and the extension key was added yesterday evening.
