you need to repeat the same procedure you did the first time: add your licence key and register with the same email. Once this has been done you should be able to go forward and to activate correctly if you are trying to install on the same computer.

try to follow this steps:

• uninstall the program
• delete the folder that remain in the pc
• download the last version of the program (9.0.10.1842)
• disable Windows Firewall and Antivirus in your pc
• install the software, click on the file with the right click and select "run as administrator", if you have Windows Vista/7.
