Shopping Cart problem

Hi, after clicking add to cart, some problem accures and "step 2" of my shopping cart is looks like this http://israeljewels.com/imcart.html , i had similar issiues last year and problem was with some product added, what corrupted whole cart script. Someone of incomedia help staff knew to told me what was the product to remove, so i need this kind of help again.

In V8 it is usually a symbol you have inserted into the Titles or Descriptions of the items!! Take out any "QUOTE MARKS" etc.... This is considered HTML!!
Your X5 v8.0.9 needs updating to v8.0.16!!!

you site is created by the 8.0.9 of the program, probably you don't export the site with the 8.0.16. Try to re-export all site with this versione (8.0.16).

Try resetting your Internet Explorer and deleting your Temp files off your COMPUTER!

Hi, i tried this right now and also deleted temorary "test" version of website at my local disc , so Website X5 generated it again and still same problem

Hi, still need help here, my problem is not solved and it is very crucial for internet shop. Last time it is happened i just was asked to send archive of my site to incomedia and the issue was solved within 1 day.

this is an error in this product "w1042".
You need to delete the "space or the "w1042 6", and rewrite the name of the product.
