Cannot up load webpages prepared using Website X5 v 8

I cannot upload my pages from X5 version 8 to my ftp address, exmoorenvironmental.com. I have contacted BT about this problem as it is BT who has registered my domain and they have told me that, as far as they are concerned, there is no problem accessing the domain. It would seem, therefore, that there is a problem with Website X5 communicating with the address. I did email you some days ago about this problem but I have not had any reply, so your help would be appreciated. Thank you. L A Hambrook

I don't understand why you can not upload your pages, do you receive an error message? Could you please show me your settings in the program with a screnshot?

The use passive ftp box is ticked.
The message I receive is "Unable to connect to server. Please check with your internet provider that you have the correct connectin information."
My internet provider is O2 but I have no problem with my connection generally.

Did you give your Username + FTP address + password to your provider? Has he approved them?

Yes. My domain provider, BT, provided my username, has registerd and activated my domain and has registered my password.
It's not the domain we're interested in it's the server....
BT is also hosting the project?

My ISP is O2. I have checked with themand they can fond no fault with my connection. I have reset my modem, as they sugested, but my pages will still not upload.
Lawrence it has NOTHING to do with your MODEM!! I need to see and test your FTP Details..... I can resolve this issue in MINUTES given the right information and I have also given you the opportunity to contact me and you haven't.
