I suggest you delete your program from your computer (make sure you don't have it in C: anymore) then reinstall again. You can download it's latest version from the ''download'' section in the top right corner of this page then simply repeat the same procedure you did the first time: register with the same email and request a new unlock code if needed.
If you can not find it, please give me your new computer code and I will generate it for you.
