Hello, I just purchased the 8 -> 9 upgrade for WebX5.

After downloading the file I tried to execute it. After the windows authorisation wondows, a windows message appears each time telling the installation program stopped working ( appears immediately. I downloaded a second time to be sure it was not a corrupted file due to the download, but still the same problem. I then tried on another computer ( PC, windows vista en 7 ). On that computer ( without WebX5 version 8 installed ) I don't have the 'stopped working' message, but nothing happends. I have 2 WebX5 processes running and consuming ressources, but nothing visual. So on the webX5 equiped computer it crashes and on the other computer it doesn't do anything. No need to send you screenshots since there is nothing visual except the standard windows message when a process stopped working. How can I upgrade my WebX5 knowing I purchased the upgrade because I need it urgently for a client ??

Right click the execute and "Run as Administrator" try that.......
