Problem With Shopping Cart Configuration

I am with problems in the Shooping Cart: The message “Do you want to remove this product from your cart?” is not fixed in the screen, then it is not possible to click in OK or Cancel. The same thing happens in the message to fill the way of payment and sending. The message blinks fast and is practically impossible to read. This is a problem of the program? How I can decide?

What do you mean by ''it is not fixed in the screen''?

Are you working on a new project or did you start from an old project created with Evo 8? Did you have Evo 8?

What bowser are you using? What resolution does your computer have? Do you have two screens?
