Did you install *.net 3.5* ? - because even if you have *.net 4.x* running you have to install

(there are several posts - if you use SEARCH - regarding the same error)

I install it but still the same error :(

Win 7 and i don't know the version of x5 because it is giving me  error before it start even !!

My OS is also Windows 7 and trying to install website x5 evolution 9, having .net 3.5 and I am still getting an error as well after installation.  Error:  there was a problem with installation please reinstall software.  I have uninstall and reinstalled this software and it still doesnt work..any suggestions
