Registration of product

Hi, After installation, the registration box appears, after inputting the product key supplied, I have clicked on the 'NEXT' button, I then get a 404 error and asked to try again at a later time. I have tried on several occasions and it will not let me register. Please advise me of the next step. Thanks Greg

I have followed your insturctions from http://answers.websitex5.com/post/25633 I still get no results doing this, I notice I am not the only person with this same problem.
Do you have any positive tricks that can be used, as this problem should be able to be easily fixed from your end.
