Solution when upload is blocked by Firewall

Uploading problem with homepage originally made in version 8 but opened in version9.
Problem to upload my new homepage was caused by the Microsoft Safety Center Firewall.
With this turned off the problem disappeared and the new homepage is in place in seconds.

thank you for reporting this, only remember to activate it again once finished the upload if you need the firewall :)
