I am working in website x 5 compact 9
In general settings why do I only have the basic option why cant I see the expert option and he why dont I have all the available objects like a product list object.

The features you're looking for are not available in the Compact version, as you can see here: http://www.websitex5.com/en/compare.html
To get those features, you should use Evolution 9.
