Website X5 V9, I worked out the answer to my problem concerning PDF page not showing on website even though it showed OK in preview. This happened because the options in the 'Page Properties' toolbar in the 'Sitemap Creation' area does not give PDF as an option in the 'File Name Format' box ('Expert' Tab.) You have to delete one of the existing options and physically type 'pdf' into the box, then click OK. Upload to your server and you should see a pdf toolbar open up when you click your pdf page, then Voila!  you should be able to open the pdf! (Worked for me anyway) I can now put the rope away, throw the suicide pills in the bin, unload the gun and chuck the knife back in the drawer. Phew! I'm happy again!
