I have been uploading embed html code from Calameo to show eBooks online and have now been told that I need to check my CMS to see whether the site can handle iframes because they have improved the system. Can any one tell me if this is WX5 issue or not and how I might find out? You can see examples of previous uploads at www.focalview.c.uk Thank you for your help

Hello Adrian,

WebSite X5 supports iframes and you can add them with the HTML and Widget Object.

Please let me know if I can help you any further! Thank you!

Hello

I have tried that and I cannot get it to work/

Calameo provide an embed code once a book has been made and I have been copying this into the html box that I set up on a page. This no longer works and so Calameo tell me that I have to check that my Content Management System supports iFrames. You tell me that WX5 supports iFrames but I cannot see the correct result when I trial the programme.

Is this likely to be a problem with my computer?

Thank you for your help

Hello Adrian,

WebSite X5 supports the iframe and i tried also to use the calameo iframe to see if there is any incompatibility but it worked.

Try to create a new project where you add the calameo iframe and upload it on a subdorectory of your webspace as test to check if it works because in the preview it will not be shown completely.

Please let me know if on the test page it works.

Many thanks!
