Problems with nordic caracters in CSV file

There are problems with csv files who are created by the e-mail form. The nordic(norwegian) caracters ar wrong ex
Æ -> Æ
æ -> æ
Ø -> Ø
ø -> ø
Å -> Ã…
å -> Ã¥

Hello Jens,
When you open the csv file in excel or calc try to use the import function and then choose as Charset UTF-8 because they use as default a different charset and then the caracters are displayed wrong.
Please let me know if you could see the caracters correctly.

When I Import in Calc I must choose Unicode and if I choose Unicode utf-8 in excel 13 I got i as it should.
