Unfortunately it's not possible to hide /blog/ from the address bar. Yuo can use the Wellcome Page where you put a link that brings you directly in the blog instead of the website.

To add the code to open categories you need first the create them and then copy the code in the links with the images in the sidebar.

How to create a blog categories before I posting first notice into him? Is it possible? And after that, i was able to get link for him and linking .png ?!

As first you need to create the categories by creating a post on everyone and then you can see the link to this category. Once you have the link you can use it on the png files. You add the image and on it you add the link to the category you found after creating it.
