Text object problem

when i open a text object im only getting 4 visible lines of text. it happened on the old website and is happening again on the new one the text appears fine on test but its a pain highlighting it all for formatting is there any way around this

its working better than it was the other day but still not working correctly
as you can see in the screenshot there are 8 lines of text but there are actually 11 there the text shows perfect when i press test but it makes it awkward highlighting the text to change the formatting especially when im working with a long page

this attatchment shows how it looks when i press test theres a red box around the text from the text object as you can see the whole of the text displays the problem is only in the editable text box
you have inserted sure your text with copy paste?

yes i did copy and paste it but surely that shouldnt be a problem

Please try to uninstall WebSite X5 and then donwload the installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile in "Downloads".
Once installed again please check if the issue is still present.

just reinstalled windows onto my new ssd and followed your instructions it seems to be working fine with copy and paste now wich is good because i get sent a4 pages of text for the website and really wouldnt like to have to type it all with 1 finger
