Send button doesn't work access denied

1) The 'send button' from my contact form doesn't work. I get an access denied error.
Internet Explorer has problems with the x5engine.js, character 7878, code 0
2) The Captcha doesn't show on my site. If i open the site in the Evolution preview it works fine but if i upload the site it is gone.
Can someone help me with these problems?

you use a frame relay so it does not work.
Then you have not booked php in your web space package.

contact your web space provider and expand your package with php support. Or use an external provider in a contact form
