Error Message when loading photos

Cannot load photographs since transferring to a new computer. I get an error -2147220850

Hello Ian,
Is this happening in Version 9 or 8 of WebSite X5? Have you tried to resize the picture to see if the error message appears too? It happens with every image or just with some?

The problem occurs on all photos. It also occurs when loading the webite templates for top jpg and bottom jpg.

Hello Ian,
Is this happening when you import the IWZIP Project File in the new Computer?
Have you tried to uninstall and then install the program again?
