Hello Roy,
In order that the Members Area works correctly, it is important the host Server supports PHP and sessions. You can obtain this information on the Server diagnostics in the WebSite Test section of the online Control Panel.
Please feel free to write back if you need more information.

Hi Claudio
Thanks for your help.
I don't seem to be able to log into the online control panel. I put in www.fastonwaterfoundation.com/admin but when I try to sign in it says wrong username or password. I'm using the same login details as I do to get on here, so not sure why it won't let me access control panel.
Hello Roy,
to login in the admin panel you need to go in step 4 - Access Management - of your project and there will appear a list of users. You need to doubleclick on "Admin" and then in the window will appear the username and password for the Admin area.
Hope this helps.

Hi Claudio.
I've tried the above numerous times but it still tells me I've put in the wrong password or unsename but I've used the Admin password set through Access Management. Any suggestions as to how I can get into the Control Panel?
Hello Roy,
You can try to go in the Access Management in Step 4 and change the username and password of the admin and then export the project again. Try to copy paste the username and password on notepad and then copy/paste it from notepad into the Control Panel.
Please let me know if this works.

Hi Claudio
I've discovered why I can't login to member's area on my website. It's because my server, ipage, doesn't accept PHP script. I have little to no knowledge of how I add this to the server. Is it best I speak to a professional re this?
Thanks
Roy
Hello Roy,
You need to contact the hosting server provider to see if they can add the php support to your server space because it's someting that only they can do.
