I can`t change delivery methods and payment methods in my shopping cart.

I can`t change delivery methods and payment methods in my shopping cart. When I make preview it`s don`t change. I try to delete all methods and add several new methods but my program show me old methods. I try to export it and also old methods. Help me please!!!

This happens also if you make a new project or only with one?
When you open the cart is step 4 after you saw the preview you have the old delivey method or the new?

When I open it step 4 shows me old methods. I deleted folder "prevew" and problem was solved. But now one of my page don`t change color of links. When I turn on green color of links my program show some links in grey color. When I open preview file by MOZILA FIREFOX it`s shows right colors, but if you open this file by INTERNET EXPLORER some links grey. And when I download my syte to server. Colors of links is grey. Problem has solve. Need to delete Cache.
