HTML Gallery problem  en

I have set an HTML5 gallery up on urlhttp://www.internet-style.co.uk/brislaundry/index.html

The gallery displays OK in the X5 browser however in IE10, Firefox, Google and Safari some of the images get distorted.

In each of the browsers it is always the same images but the images affected change in the other browsers.

I have tried reloading using the inbuilt and external ftp tools.

When I view the uploaded images in the website files they are all OK. Any ideas?

Nigel, I think the problem is caused by the automatic scrolling menu. Try to disable and see if this helps.

Hi Andre, many thanks it now works OK.

Incomedia - is there a fix for this? A lot of my customers like the scrolling menu effect.

Hello Nigel,

This was an Firefox issue that should be fixed by using the new Version if Firefox.

Many thanks!

Hi Claudio,

This is an IE9 and IE10 issue, have checked browsers (firefox, Safari and Google) and they are all up to date but they were experiencing the same problem, as mentioned in my original comment.

I have switched off the automatic scroller and it worked ...initially (I had also updated to X5V9- 1972). I again experienced the problem, today, in the website header, I played around with the font size used in the header text, reducing it cleared the problem.

The ftp'd header image displayed OK when I viewed the uploaded site files. Is there any Javascript used in the website display processing?

Also, for some reason, it worked OK in when exporting via x5V10.1.1.19, possibly changes in the javascript maybe.

regards Nigel

Hello Nigel,

The broswers use different javascript engines and to have the scrolling menu is used javascript so every browser can handle the code differently. I tried the page on different updated browsers and it was rendered correctly.

Many thanks!
