When the video starts I hear only the audio and cannot see the video or the contrary

If this happens it means that the codec used to compress the video is not following the standards supported by the browsers and Adobe Flash.
We recommend the use of mp4 format and encode the files as follows:
- Video codec: MPEG-4 H-264 25, 29 or 30 fps
- Audio codec: MEPG-4 AAC 441000Hz Stereo
