Ev10 keeps crashing

Upgraded to Ev 10 on Friday but having awful problems with the software not responding every time I want to save the project. Ended up losing my project over 10 times, and it's still happening today, please help and sort this out.

Software stops responding to me after closing preview mode its happes a lot more now...
E-mail do not work either~!!!!!

Please try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 and then use this cleanup tool: http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
Once done reinstall the Framework .NET 4.0 form here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
Once the framework is installed try again to use the program and let me know if it works.
