Hello,

Please check if the antivirus/firewall is blocking the program. If this is not helping try to close the program and check also if in the Taskmanager it is running and close it there too.

Then open the Installation folder of WebSite X5 v10 in Program Files and run the program imupdate.exe

Please let me know if it works.
