How to change guestbook forms/fields?

Can I edit/change the fields in the guestbook? I don't want my readers to add their email, or at least not as a MUST field.

Hello Henning,
Unfortunately it is not possible to edit the fields. The emails are not shown once the comment has been added. It will be only for you visible in the Admin panel.
