Good morning, I wonder if I have the right to upgrade the "evolution 9" for "evolution 10"?

The upgrade is only free if you registered version 9 between 07.02.13 and 13.03.13 - you are entitled to a 50% discount if you registered version 9 between 31.01.13 and 06.02.13
