Upgrade problem website X5 Evolution 9 to version 10

I wanted to upgrade to the version 10. I checked the box and filled in my license key from the 9 version and I ge the following error message: Input error. "There appeared to be a fault while checking your data. We ask you to correct the data in the marked boxes". I even installed the latest update and it still doesn't work. And I close and opened the program again. Doesn't make a difference. What do I do??
