Shopping Cart Import Problem

Hi, With regards to the import function of the shopping cart. We can import via a CSV only. Is there no way we can import directly from an Excel Spreadsheet. Then secondly we can only import the text details, is there any way we can import the same way the pictures/graphics that is linked to each product. If there is a lot of products, it takes ages to edit each and every one to load up the pictures/graphics. Please advise. Thank You

Unfortunately the program can only import CSV files. You can create these files from Excel spreadsheets. On following page you can find more informations about the CSV file used by the program:

At the moment it is not possible to have the feature to import pictures with the CSV file in WebSite X5. I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.

Thanks for the replies but please read the question before replying.
On this post http://answers.websitex5.com/post/62346 I put a link to a specific link that had something that someone else asked.
I thought that by now WebsiteX5 would have something new to add to that specific question.
You however took it as being the exact same question I asked on another one.
Just for note we are in the process of creating a seperate function that can be used in WebsiteX5 or any website design program that allows a person to import via a spreadsheet all the relevant fields required including the images.
I will put a post shortly to a link whereby people can have a look and order it if they want the program for their websites.
Again Thank You for a fantastic program as it does make a lot of our work easier.
